Pay by card. The certificate arrives by email with the recipient's name and your note.

Give it. They enter the code when booking and come to the studio.

Gift certificate terms
These terms apply to every studio certificate. Refunds are covered in the refund policy.
Validity
6 months from the purchase date. The expiry date is printed on the certificate, and the visit has to take place before it: the certificate cannot be used to book a later date. Once it expires, the certificate is no longer valid and the money paid for it is not refunded.
What is included
One master class visit for the number of guests the certificate was issued for. Materials and the finished piece are included, so there is nothing extra to pay for those guests. Anyone else joining pays separately at the booking price.
Which master class
A certificate for any master class works for any master class at the studio. A certificate for a specific master class is valid for that class only.
How to book
Pick a master class and a date on the site and enter the certificate code in the booking form, or call us. While the booking is active, the code is held for it and cannot be used for another one. If the certificate is worth at least half of the booking total, it counts as the prepayment.
If you cannot come
The visit is written off only after the master class. If the guest misses it, the visit stays on the certificate and we reschedule within the validity period.
Refunds, transfer and loss
The certificate cannot be refunded or exchanged for money. It is not personalised, so it can be given or passed on to someone else. A lost certificate cannot be restored.
