Frequently Asked Questions

6 months from the purchase date. The recipient picks any day within that period.
A universal certificate covers any class in the studio with no extra charge. A class-specific certificate covers that class — again, nothing to pay on top.
After the master class itself. If the recipient couldn't come, the visit stays on the certificate and we reschedule.
They pick a class and a date on the site and enter the certificate code in the booking form. Calling us works too.
Certificates are not exchanged for money and cannot be restored if lost. Passing one to another person is fine — it is not personalised.
