FAQ for Buyers

Do you work by bank transfer?

Yes. Contract, invoice, certificate of completion—a full package of documents for accounting. We are an individual entrepreneur with experience working with legal entities.

Can I order a sample?

Absolutely. The cost of the sample is included in the total order. You approve the sample before the entire batch is launched.

What are the deadlines in December?

December is our busiest month. We recommend leaving a request for New Year's gifts no later than November 20th. This way we guarantee quality and relaxed deadlines.

Are there discounts for large runs?

Yes. The larger the run, the lower the price per piece. Send us the quantity and the occasion, and we will come back with a quote within an hour.
